TERMS & CONDITIONS
(1) Please bear in mind that ALL items here are PRE-ORDER from USA. Do allow 2-3 weeks for the goods to arrive after the end pre-order date.
(2) Only for serious buyers who are willing to wait. No backout.
(3) Prices are NOT negotiable (We'd already try to less the price as lower as we can & the price stated here are reasonable for a branded items & including international shipping).
(4) To place your order, you need to pay your deposit before orders can be confirmed (This is need to order those items from overseas and pay for the shipping charge).
(5) Cancellation of goods after submitted order is not allowed. Payment will not be refundable unless out-of-stock.
(6) Each pre-order session is open until the end of date which has been stated earlier, unless there are too much orders & we will close pre-order earlier [First come first serve basis - according to the first person who pay the deposit].
(7) Payment of deposit should be made within 2 days after confirmation. If payment is not made then the item will not be count for any reservation for you, you spot will be taken by others.
(8) Do notify us after you have done your payment. For each online banking payment, we advice you to print out your copy of payment for future review.
(9)We will refund your deposit if the stock is no more available because the stocks are very limited.
(10) We will notified you when the stocks arrived. Please pay the rest of payment then. We will not make any sendout until the rest of the full payment is done.
(11) Items sold are non-refundable & non-exchangeable. So, please do ask questions to avoid misunderstandings and dissatisfactions. We won't bite.
(12) All accessories shown are not included with purchase, unless stated.
(13) Sendout cost will be cover by you unless: stated as 'Including Shipping' for free shipping using Pos Laju / Pos ekspress except heavy items or bulk purchase will be post using a NORMAL Registered Mail / Parcel / Kangaroo express. If you want to convert the shipping method to Pos Laju, we'll only cover RM2.00 for the postage cost, the rest covered by you.
(14) Once you have received the goods, kindly send an email notify us. If we do not hear from you within 7 days of business days, we will assume that you have already received the goods.
